What makes your products different / Why choose your brands?
Our brands are all NZ‑made, owned, and committed to clean, honest formulations. By supporting us, you are supporting the New Zealand beauty and manufacturing sectors, supporting our economy, and keeping kiwis in jobs.
Do you test on animals?
No - we are cruelty‑free. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals.
Where are your products shipped from, and how long will delivery take?
All orders ship from Auckland, New Zealand. Delivery times vary depending on your location but are usually 1-3 days. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
What are the shipping costs / free shipping threshold?
We offer free shipping nationwide on orders over $50. On all other orders, we offer a flat shipping rate of $8.
How do returns or exchanges work?
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Products must be unopened / in original condition. If there is an issue (damage, wrong item), contact us with photos + order details for support.
Can I change or cancel my order once it’s placed?
We try to process orders quickly, but if your request reaches us before dispatch, we’ll do our best to amend or cancel it. After dispatch, changes become much harder, especially shipping address changes.
Are your packaging & bottles recyclable / sustainable?
Yes. While every product and packaging solution is different, our bottles are typically made in NZ from sustainable sugar‑cane plastic or recycled plastic, and are 100% recyclable. We aim to continually improve all components (e.g. caps and pumps) for better sustainability.
What does “safe for waterways / septic tanks” mean?
It means our formulas are formulated to break down safely, not harmful to marine environments. Ingredients are chosen with environmental impact in mind.
How do I know which products are best for my skin type / concern?
Each product has a full ingredient list plus details about what skin concerns it addresses. If unsure, start with milder formulas and patch test. We’re happy to help you pick based on your skin type - contact customer support for a recommendation.
How will I know if there is a promotion / discount / new product launch?
Sign up for our newsletter or enable notifications. We often share early access, promotions, and product launches via email or our site.
Do you have physical stockists / places I can try the products?
Yes - many of our brands are stocked in supermarkets and pharmacies across NZ. Please contact us for more details.

What should I do if I have an allergic reaction or issue using a product?
Stop using immediately. Contact us with details, including which product and batch number if possible. Always patch test when trying something new.
